Booking Tips

Book in Advance- To ensure availability, especially during peak seasons or holidays, we recommend booking your rental in advance.

Check Availability- Use our online booking system or contact us directly to check real-time availability for your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy- Familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date may incur a fee.

Cancellation policies

At Wyld Waves, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature of our business and the limited availability of our rental equipment, we have established the following cancellation policy: THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, ONLY RESCHEDULING!!!

Cancellations made less than 24 hrs prior to the scheduled rental date are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made with in 24 hours of the booking date.

Cancellation by Wyld Waves in the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, equipment malfunction, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the following options: Reschedule - We will do our best to reschedule your rental for another date and time that is convenient for you. Full Refund - If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund of any payments made for the canceled rental.

No-Show Policy -Failure to arrive for your scheduled rental without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, and the full rental amount will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or severe weather conditions. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment policies

We strive to make the payment process as simple, secure, and convenient as possible for our customers. Please review our payment policies below to understand how payments are processed, accepted methods of payment, and other important information related to payments. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Debit card payments are also accepted, provided they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Cash payments are accepted for in-person bookings at our rental location.

Secure online payments can be made through our website using a valid credit or debit card.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

For bookings made in advance, a deposit may be required to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance due on the rental date.

Any additional charges incurred during the rental period, such as fuel, late fees, or damages, will be processed and charged to the customer's credit card on file at the end of the rental period. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival to cover potential damages or additional charges.

Security deposits are fully refundable upon return of the rental equipment in good condition, minus any applicable charges for damages, late fees, or other expenses incurred during the rental period.

All prices and transactions are conducted in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

A digital receipt will be emailed to you upon completion of your booking or payment.

If you require a detailed invoice for your records, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Special discounts, promotions, or coupon codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

Gift cards issued by Wyld Waves can be used as a form of payment for rentals and other services, subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card.

If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your payment or charges, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication or attempt to resolve the issue with Wyld Waves may result in additional fees and may affect your eligibility for future rentals.
